Puppy Love

Words can not describe how much my Zachary loves our dachshund Maddie. I swear he loves on her and gives her hugs all the time. He is very gentle and is always wanting her to lay in his lap, even in the car. Which is really not possible but he tries anyway. I am so thankful that we have a wonderful and patient dog like Maddie. She basically lets him to do whatever he wants, like hugging her for a good 2 minutes. She never barks or snaps at him she will just lick him in the face or try to walk away when she is done. I love how he tries to get her to come here by patting his legs, making kissy noises, and saying "Maddie c'mere" (come here). Maddie is a good guard dog though and will still bark at anyone who comes through our door, but she is so sweet with our boys and we love her dearly! Thank you God for giving us our sweet Maddie!

He will literally hold her like this for a long time and just kiss on her. Her eyes look crazy but that is just from the camera! LOL

you can tell in this picture that she really does enjoy all the attention from Zachary.
