Out for a drive

Now that the weather is getting nice we have been taking Kaiden and Zachary out to go driving in the neighborhood in the Ford F150 Texas Tech Truck! The boys have a blast every time. I think it needs a wash since it has been sitting in the garage most of the summer. It is looking a little dusty. :)

We are firefighters!

Kaiden and Zachary were playing fire fighters and Kaiden made up a song to go with it. I just love how Zachary keeps spraying the fire hose in the background. These are my funny boys!

John 3:16

Kaiden is in Awana Sparks at church on Wednesday nights where they focus on learning God's word and about salvation through Jesus Christ. For the first part Kaiden had to memorize and recite John 3:16 to receive his Sparky vest and booklet. From here on out he will be memorizing more bible verses and we will dig deeper into the truth of the bible. We are so proud of him and also excited to see where he goes from here. Before we know it we will be praying the special prayer with Kaiden when he makes the decision to accept Jesus Christ into his heart forever.

Cameron turns 6!

My nephew Cameron turned 6 this past week and had a Toy Story camping and swimming birthday party. We used the "party" house...aka Nana and Pops house to take advantage of the pool and the huge upstairs. Nana and Pops were out of town relaxing while we had about 10 kids running around causing chaos to their poor house. :) I brought over my HUGE tent and we put it upstairs for those kiddos who were sleeping over. It was suppose to go outside but the grass was wet from it raining earlier that day. I think it worked out better this way. The kids had a blast and Cameron got a special gift from Buzz Lightyear from DisneyLand, an autographed picture, how cool! HAPPY BIRTHDAY CAMERON!

They all got matching shirts for the party gifts...they loved it!!!

Ready for bed? YEAH RIGHT! check out Buzz in the background. That is our friend Quentin who is the most animated kid I have ever met. :)

These two are actually a lot alike. They love to dance, draw/color, full of energy, and both have curly hair!!!

To Infinity and Beyond...

Here is my SUPERHERO to the rescue! ZackZilla wanted to dress up like "Buzz Yightyear" (Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story). He was so cute running around with that costume on, even if it was HUGE on him. I have a feeling this is what he will want to be for Halloween.
