Kaiden Pre K Graduation

Kaiden graduated from preschool in May and will be heading off to Kindergarten in the fall. We are so proud of of handsome graduate. They had a graduation at his school where he sang songs, watched them show the kids being interviewed, and they got their very own diploma. Then we headed back to our house with family where we had cupcakes and Kaiden got some special graduation presents. It was all very exciting!

This was from Nana, Pops, Uncle Chris, Aunt Becca, and Cousins Cameron and Maggie. He loves this but we realized that after putting it all together that it needs to be glued together because daddy accidentally made it all fall apart. Now we have to slowly put it all back together! :)

When the Reese boys came over for a sleepover Saturday night Zachary and Kainoa thought they would be a little creative! Kaiden had his markers out earlier that day and I had asked him to put them in his closet where they belong. Well he decided to just put them in his room instead. As I was making dinner the older boys were watching Magic School bus while Zachary and Kainoa were playing. You know something is not right when it is just a little too quite. I walk around the corner and found Zachary laying on his belly, coloring on the tile floor with markers. But wait, that's not all! I walked around the corner and found more coloring on the tile, wall, and even the carpet! I asked Zachary, "What are you doing?" his response was, "I color?" I made them both clean up their mess! It came out with no problems with the good ole magic eraser. Now the carpet is a different story. Naughty little monkeys! :)

Sleepovers!

This past weekend our boys had 2 big sleepovers! Friday night we had my niece and nephew(Maggie and Cameron) over to spend the night. Saturday night we had the Reese boys (Ethan, Alex, and Kainoa). Let's just say we had some really good times! I was so proud of Nick for taking care of 4 kids all by himself pretty much most of the morning into the afternoon all day Saturday while I was busy with Upward cheer games. We love having sleepovers!

Baseball fun!

Zachary two favorite things to do is play baseball and play with cars. He had gotten a baseball tee for Christmas and has really enjoyed playing with it. He can hit that ball hard off that tee. Lately he does not want the tee, he wants us to throw him the ball so he can swing. You better watch out when he makes contact with that ball because you might get a black eye. The best part is that he is batting left handed and he even throws left handed. I can not wait to get him into tee ball soon. He will be my baseball star!

Kaiden was enjoying being outside drawing pictures about Phineas and Ferb! :) Kaiden and Zachary are very different in their hobbies!

Kaiden Pre K Graduation

Can you believe that Kaiden is graduating Pre K and will be starting Kindergarten this fall? When I saw his cap and gown pics it just totally melted my heart. He really shows his personality, I LOVE them. Christine & Jeff Tonkin from Digi Smiles did a great job.

Camping and Sea World

Easter weekend we decided to head to San Antonio for our first family camping trip and then go to Sea World. We stayed at a KOA and were not completely satisfied but we still had fun. Next time I want our camping trip to be farther away from a city and would like more wilderness.

Movie night before bed!

Had a hard time getting the fire started but Nick worked hard hacking away at some wood to make kindling for our fire. He did a great job! We cooked hot dogs and made smores of course!

Our new tent, it is AWESOME! We LOVE it and can not wait to go camping again. We need 1 more air mattress and it will be perfect. It will fit 2 of them!

So glad Kaiden likes the characters now. Zachary though only wanted to see them from afar. He tried to knock over Shamu when we walked over to take a picture with him. :)

Nick bought Kaiden and Zachary a rocket. Nick used to make them as a child and thought it would be fun to make one with Kaiden. Kaiden thought it was AWESOME!!!!!
