September 19 was my nephew, Cameron's 8th birthday and he was lucky enough to have the day off of school. Since we homeschool we were able to meet them at the zoo to celebrate his birthday. It was an absolutely beautiful day outside and it made our zoo experience even better. :)
This is Kaiden's "pet"...the Cheetah
We found snake skin in our backyard so we took it in to the swap shop at the zoo so that they could tell us what kind of snake it was and for them to laminate it so that Kaiden could keep it. They were pretty sure that it was a Garter snake.
